It is important to understand that not all of these signs may be showing in their life. It’s also important to understand that many of these signs maybe present in their life, but it could be caused by something totally unrelated to cheating. The cheating partner lives with anxiety daily. They live in constant fear of being discovered. The cheating mate is not able to conceal the overwhelming emotions they experience while having an adulterous affair. These overwhelming emotions will turn up in one way or another. It is to the beneficial to the person who is the victim of marital infidelity to pay very close attention to emotional changes in their spouse and not dismiss them.
If you do find out that your husband or wife is cheating on you, it is up to you to take the next step and to stop being victimized by an unfaithful partner. Try saving your marriage, but prepare yourself for the possibility of starting over. Marriages can occasionally recover from a one-time affair. But if affairs are repeated that’s mentally and emotionally harmful to you. You deserve more than to live with a partner who is unfaithful to you.
